Abseek Antibody Computing Platform User Agreement
Welcome to use the Abseek (Antibody Computing Platform) service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Before using the Service, please carefully read and agree to all the terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement is formulated and operated by Cyagen (SuZhou) Biosciences Co., Ltd. and its affiliates and partners (collectively referred to as "we" or "us"). The Service is available to users worldwide; however, the formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and the Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by and with the consent of their legal guardians before using the Service. By clicking "Agree" or actually using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
1.1 We provide research data analysis services through a web-based platform. You may upload various research data on the website (including but not limited to gene sequence data, amino acid sequence data, clinical case information, biological sample information, research records, etc.) and obtain corresponding analysis results and reports. The Service is limited to the web platform; we do not provide mobile apps, applications, any developer interfaces, nor do we open SDKs or source code of the Service
1.2 The Service does not provide API or other interfaces to third parties; all functions are accessible through the website frontend. Any new service features will be launched first on this website and explained on the feature page or announcements.
1.3 We will adopt industry-standard security measures to ensure network and data security of the platform. If you encounter any problems or need assistance while using the Service, you may contact us as described in Section 8 of this Agreement.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration and Login: You must register an account using an email address or mobile phone number and set a login password. You must provide true, accurate, lawful, and valid information during registration and agree to this Agreement and related rules. Your account is your sole credential for using the Service and is non-transferable, non-giftable, and non-inheritable. If the registration information you provide is untrue or illegal, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account usage.
2.2 Protection of Minors: The Service is intended for adults. Users under 18 years old should use the Service only under the accompaniment and consent of their legal guardians. We comply with laws and regulations regarding special protections for minors; guardians are requested to guide and supervise minors use. If minors use the Service without guardian consent, we reserve the right to suspend the related accounts.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activities under your account. You must not lend or transfer your account to others or maliciously register multiple accounts. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately, and we will cooperate with you to take measures. If you forget your password or verification information, you may follow the prompts on the page to appeal or recover your account; you bear the risks arising from such actions.
2.4 Account Cancellation: If you apply to cancel your account and after review we approve, we will cancel your registered user account. After cancellation, we reserve the right to retain your registration information and historical usage records as required by laws and regulations and retain the right to pursue liabilities for violations before cancellation.
3. User Conduct
3.1 You shall comply with national laws, regulations, and this Agreement when using the Service and shall not use the Service for any illegal activities or infringement of others’ lawful rights and interests. Illegal activities include but are not limited to malicious competition violating anti-unfair competition laws, online fraud using the platform, etc.; infringement includes but is not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc. You shall use the Service legally and honestly and shall not seek improper benefits or disrupt internet order. Improper benefits refer to obtaining economic or other improper gains through fraud, false transactions, malicious traffic manipulation, etc.; disrupting internet order refers to malicious attacks on platform servers, spreading malware, and other acts affecting normal platform operation or other users’ normal use. Information or content you submit through the website must be true, lawful, and valid. We reserve the right to delete or take other measures against violating content.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct: You shall not upload, publish, or disseminate any illegal, false, infringing, or content violating public order and social morals, including but not limited to:
 (1) Content opposing the basic principles of the Constitution;
 (2) Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
 (3) Content damaging national honor and interests;
 (4) Content insulting, defaming others, or infringing on others’reputation, portrait, privacy, or other lawful rights;
 (5) Content promoting terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, or ethnic discrimination;
 (6) Sensitive personal information violating laws on medical, health information confidentiality and privacy protection (e.g., unauthorized case privacy data).
We have the right to review and intercept such behaviors and may immediately delete content, close accounts, and pursue legal liabilities upon discovery. Users bear all consequences of illegal or violating acts and shall compensate us or third parties for any losses caused.
4. Data Input and Output
4.1 Input Responsibility: You are responsible for all data ("Input") uploaded to the Service and its legality. You declare and guarantee that all research data and information you upload have obtained necessary authorizations and rights and do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, trade secrets, or other lawful rights. All uploaded inputs must comply with laws and regulations and must not contain illegal content or information that may endanger national security or public interests.
4.2 Output Rights: The analysis results and reports ("Output") we provide and related rights belong to you. The data you input and the analysis results generated by us, including but not limited to reports, charts, conclusions, etc., are within your rights; you may use these outputs for personal use, academic research, publication, or other lawful purposes. Unless otherwise stipulated by law or this Agreement, we do not claim ownership or profit rights over your input data or output results.
4.3 Data Usage: To improve service quality and provide necessary technical support, we may use your uploaded input and output data for statistical analysis, model optimization, service improvement, or troubleshooting after secure encryption and strict de-identification. Such processing complies with relevant laws and will not disclose your identity or individual sensitive information. If you have questions or objections regarding data usage, you may contact us as per the contact information in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
4.4 Disclaimer: The analysis results provided by the Service are automatically generated by platform algorithms and may contain errors or imperfections; they are for reference only. You should verify results with your professional judgment and not rely solely on them for final decisions. You bear all risks and consequences arising from actions based on the Service’s outputs. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by your use or inability to use the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 We own all rights to the software, platform interface, website content, databases, trademarks, etc., used in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents. Without our written permission, no user may copy, use, or authorize others to use these rights. We will adopt technical measures such as digital watermarking and encryption to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized use.
5.2 The intellectual property rights of data and output results (such as reports and charts) uploaded by users belong to the users. However, users agree to grant us a license to use such data within the scope of this Agreement to provide the Service. We will use blockchain and other technologies during data storage and transmission to protect users’intellectual property rights, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
5.3 Without our written permission, users shall not use"赛业生物" or "Cyagen"names, logos, domain names, or other company identifiers in any way, nor display or register trademarks or domain names containing such identifiers. If unauthorized use is found, we will issue a warning within one business day, require rectification within a specified period, and take legal action if the user fails to comply.
6. Personal Information Protection and Data Usage
6.1 We strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations in collecting, using, and protecting your personal information. When you register and use the Service, we collect necessary information such as your email or phone number solely for account login, identity verification, service notifications, or technical support.
6.2 For research data you upload or generate containing personal or sensitive information, we will adopt reasonable technical and management measures to protect it. Except with your consent or as required by law, we will not provide your personal information or user data to any third party.
6.3 We commit not to use your personal information beyond the scope stated in this Agreement within the legal limits. You may review, update, or delete your registration information by logging into your account. For other rights, please contact us as per Section 8.
6.4 If the Service uses cookies or other technologies, we will provide corresponding explanations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
7. Liability Limitation and Disclaimer
7.1 Handling User Violations: If you violate this Agreement or engage in illegal activities, we have the right to independently judge and take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, suspension, content deletion, or account closure. We may disclose handling results and decide whether to restore your access. For suspected illegal acts, we will preserve records and cooperate with judicial authorities. You shall bear all losses or claims caused by your violations and compensate us for all losses incurred, including attorney fees and investigation costs.
7.2 Service Status Disclaimer: The Service is provided under existing technical conditions. Although we strive to maintain stability and availability, we do not guarantee against interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability; timely defect fixes; or the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of analysis results. You understand and accept that the Service is an auxiliary tool. We are not liable for service issues caused by your violation of the Agreement, user errors, or third-party reasons, nor for any indirect or special losses such as lost business opportunities, lost profits, or other foreseeable gains due to service interruptions.
7.3 Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers: We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or information leaks caused by natural disasters, war, government actions, hacking, telecom failures, epidemics, or other force majeure or unforeseeable events.
7.4 Third-Party Links and Content: The Service may contain third-party content or links. We do not guarantee their authenticity, legality, or availability, and usage is at your own risk. If you obtain any information, products, or services through third parties, you bear the risks.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising during performance shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to a court with jurisdiction over our domicile within the People's Republic of China.
The above terms constitute the entire Agreement, effective from the date you click "Agree" or start using the Service, and are legally binding on both parties. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by relevant national laws, regulations, and other rules we publish.
